William Henshilwood

Chief Administrative Officer

William “Bill” Henshilwood serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Pasco Sheriff’s Office.  Previously, he was employed by the Drug Enforcement Administration from 2012 to 2014 as an Associate Deputy Assistant Administrator (Director of IT), United States Central Command from 2005 to 2012 as Chief of IT Engineering and Assistant to the Director, and the United States Air Force from 1985 to 2005 serving in various positions, retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant.  Between his Air Force career and Federal and County civilian service, he has over 25 years experience in Information Technology.
Bill was born in Millington Tennessee and raised in Simi Valley California.  He is a 1985 graduate of Royal High School.  In 2001, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland University College.  In 2010 he was awarded the Department of Defense Chief Information Officer Masters Certificate and received his certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.  Lastly, in 2012, he was awarded a Masters in Business Administration degree from Saint Leo University.
