Executive Director Terry Phayre manages the personnel within the Office of the Sheriff and oversees the Public Information/Community Relations Units, Customer Service/Desk Officer Units and our Records Management Section.
Director Phayre began her career with the Pasco Sheriff’s Office in August of 1983 as the Switchboard Operator at the Administrative Building in New Port Richey. During her tenure at the sheriff’s office she has worked in many different areas, such as Civil, Warrants and Human Resources. Director Phayre became a supervisor in 2007 and was in charge of writing and updating our General Orders/Operating Procedures and supervising the Extra Duty Program and Grant Coordinator.
Phayre began working in the Office of the Sheriff in 1995. She was awarded Kiwanis Employee of the Year in 1995, has been recognized for her work with Junior Achievement and graduated from Leadership Pasco in 2011. Currently, Terry is the President of the Pasco Sheriff’s Charities, Inc.
