Lindsay Moore is the Management Services Bureau Chief (General Counsel) at the Pasco Sheriff’s Office, and serves as the Chief Legal Advisor and Constitutional Policing Advisor to the Sheriff. Lindsay’s primary duties include providing guidance and legal expertise to the Sheriff and staff, reviewing agency policies and procedures to assure compliance with federal and state law, reviewing contracts and public records requests, and responding to critical incidents which involve high liability issues. Previously, Lindsay was an associate attorney at a civil litigation law firm specializing in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. She is also a former Assistant State Attorney, First Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she prosecuted domestic violence cases, felonies, and crimes against children. She received her Juris Doctor degree at Florida Coastal School of Law, and her Bachelor’s degree with honors in Criminology at the University of Florida.
