Chamanda Burris is a native of Philadelphia, Pa and attended the University of South Florida and the University of Tampa majoring in Business Management and English. Her family has lived in Pasco County for almost 20 years and has seen the county grow into the thriving area it is today. Her professional experience includes External Verification (auditing) for an international brokerage firm where she won an award for automating an auditing process that resulted in saving several man-hours per month; Telecommunication sales where she earned the elite Presidents Club status (based on sales) two years on a row; Advertising sales (print, online and television) where she was twice given company-wide recognition for sales; Customer Service/Inside Sales Manager, where she oversaw a team of inbound sales professionals successfully maintaining a conversion rate (ratio of sales made versus sales opportunities) above industry standards for inbound call centers; Retail management responsible for a budget of $1.6 million per month, while successfully increasing traffic from .46% to 6.3% with a goal of increase to 1.32% and increasing sales in each area ranging from 4.96% to 10.25%.
Her dedication to increasing profits while decreasing costs, growing sales, delivering exceptional customer service, encouraging and facilitating staff development has been the overall key to her success. Her management style is one based on what are known as SPIRIT Values:

In her spare time, Chamanda Burris is a sought after writer, public speaker, interview coach, and motivational/life coach. While raising her children, she discovered a love of pageants and more importantly saw pageants as a way for all girls to gain confidence & poise, realize educational goals and to be the best that they can be. She has coached girls who have gone on to win local, state, national and international titles. She has also helped girls develop and expand non-profit organizations to benefit the environment, children’s causes, hunger/homeless issues and autism awareness. Chamanda also has been very active in ministry as a teacher, ministry coordinator and in other various capacities. Currently Chamanda is working on completing a novel loosely based on her family’s history. In keeping with her passion for impacting the lives of girls, the novel is targeted at 11 to 14 year old girls.
