Chasco K8 was temporarily on controlled campus status out of an abundance of caution after receiving a report that there may be a weapon on campus. PSO quickly located the student and discovered there was no weapon. Normal operations have been resumed. An increased law enforcement presence will remain in the area as a precautionary measure. There is no threat to Chasco K8.
