Jacobs was last seen on Jan. 9, around 8:30 a.m., in the Windham Dr. area of Holiday. Jacobs was last seen wearing a black shirt, black shorts, a hat, and black/white shoes. Jacobs may be driving a gray 2024 Kia Telluride bearing FL tag FNCE11.
