Community Relations Director Kevin Doll

Kevin Doll has been the longest-serving public information officer in the Pasco Sheriff’s Office history. He was hired in 1998 by Sheriff Lee Cannon. Sheriff Nocco promoted him to community relations director in 2012.

He was the recipient of the Florida Law Enforcement Public Information Officers Association’s 2004 Internal Crisis Award for his media coordination after the ambush murder of a high-ranking Pasco Sheriff’s deputy in 2003. He is also the former director of FLEPIOA’s Region 4 (West Central Florida).

Doll is a former U.S. Marine Corps combat correspondent, and served during the first Gulf War. He was the recipient of numerous awards for his writing and photography during his military service, including the Marine Corps Print Journalist of the Year Award, and the runner-up in the Dept. of Defense Print Journalist of the Year Award.

Doll received both his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations from the University of South Florida, Tampa

Cpl. Alan T. Wilkett has served more than 22 years as a public service official, including with the Indiana State Police and the Jackson County (Ohio) Sheriff’s Office. Cpl. Wilkett’s career has included positions in Property Crimes, Major Crimes, Cold Case, Narcotics, Child Abuse, Patrol, and Court Security. He has served as a chief deputy, captain, commander, and director of public safety.

Cpl. Wilkett was recognized as the 2007 Pasco Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Officer of the Year. His training includes Florida Law Enforcement Certification, Florida Certified Crime Prevention Practitioner, and a Florida Certified Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design Practitioner. He is a member of the Tampa Bay Regional Human Trafficking Task Force and a regional director for the Florida Design Out Crime Association. He also provides instruction on numerous crime prevention topics. Cpl. Wilkett has received numerous awards from citizen, civic, and business groups and associations, and public service entities.

Deputy Ron Buzzetto began working for the Pasco Sheriff office in 1999, and has served in various assignments within the Sheriff’s Office including Patrol Operations, Special Operations, Citizen Support Services and now the Community Relations Unit. Prior to joining the Pasco Sheriff’s Office, Deputy Buzzetto worked at the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office where he was a field training officer. Deputy Buzzetto was also tasked with supervising and training personnel with the opening of the Faulkenburg Road Jail complex.

Deputy Buzzetto received the Pasco Sheriff’s Office Lifesaving Award in 2002. Deputy Buzzetto is an experienced speaker and motivator who enjoys teaching crime prevention awareness, conducting community meetings, and promoting, teaching and organizing the Sheriff’s Office Neighborhood Watch program.Deputy Buzzetto has been a community volunteer, speaking at church events along with developing & organizing several church programs.One of Ron’s favorite quotes is by Bill Cosby – “In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.”

Reserve Deputy Tammy Mira-Gulley joined Pasco Sheriff’s Office in August of 2012 as a Reserve III. Since joining the department, she has been an active member of the Mounted Patrol unit. Winning the Reserve Deputy of the Year 2014. After retiring from her full time job in Tampa, she turned her attentions to becoming a Reserve I, in March 2016.

Reserve Deputy Gulley has training in Critical Incident Stress Management and has served of the Tampa Bay Critical Incident Response Team for over 10 years.

Retired from Tampa Fire Rescue with 21 years of service where she came up through the ranks as a firefighter, paramedic, Inspector, Investigator, New Construction Inspector, Supervisor of Inspections over New Construction and finally Supervisor of Inspections over the Existing Building Division. She also Served he Tampa community as a Reserve Police Officer for Tampa Police Department for over 13 years.
