Community Alert: Armed Robbery, Port Richey

UPDATE: PSO deputies located the fourth subject and determined he was not a part of the incident. One of the three suspects has been arrested, Reginald Goodman (19). The investigation remains ongoing, and no additional information is available at this time.

Pasco Sheriff’s Office deputies are investigating an armed robbery that occurred in the U.S. Hwy. 19 area of Port Richey around 2:15 p.m.Preliminary information indicates that three masked subjects entered a business, took merchandise while displaying a firearm. The three suspects entered a fourth suspect’s vehicle and fled prior to law enforcement’s arrival. PSO units tracked the suspects movement as they entered Hernando County. While following a short distance behind the vehicle one of the four suspects fled on foot at a red light, PSO and HCSO then conducted a felony traffic stop during which another suspect fled and was quickly located. Three of the four suspects have been apprehended. PSO and HCSO deputies continue to look for the fourth suspect. This appears to be an isolated incident, and there is no public safety threat. The investigation remains ongoing, and no additional information is available at this time.
