Home invasion and sexual assault

At around 11 p.m. on March 14, 2005, the suspect entered the Griffin Park home of the 22-year-old victim, tied her hands and sexually assaulted her.  The suspect is described as a white male, 25-30 years old, 180 pounds, with dark hair.  He was wearing a black windbreaker jacket, blue jeans and black work boots. He has a noticeable scar on his cheek below his left eye.  He may have been driving a dark colored, late model station wagon with a rounded-style back end.

Attempted abduction

On February 16, 2005, a 16-year old girl was approached by the suspect driving a silver, 4-door car near the intersection of Highland Loop and State Road 54 in New Port Richey.  The suspect pulled his vehicle alongside the victim and called to her numerous times, but she ignored him.  He then grabbed her by the arm but the victim broke loose and fled.

The suspect is described as a white male, about 25 years old, with a dark complexion, green eyes, and black, short curly hair.

Sexual assault suspect

On Jan.11, 2005 at approximately 7:15 a.m., a 15-year-old girl was walking to a county bus stop located in the Magnolia Valley subdivision near Osteen Road in New Port Richey. A suspect riding a motorcycle stopped, approached, and then dragged the victim into the woods and committed a sexual battery upon her. The victim managed to break free from the suspect and ran to a neighbor’s house.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, about 25-30 years old, 5'8" tall, weighing about 160 pounds, with dark skin, a smooth complexion, with a long, black ponytail and black eyes.  He was wearing a white t-shirt, black cotton pants, and white and blue sneakers.  He was driving an older black and silver motorcycle.  If you have any information about this case or this suspect, please call the PSO Tips line at 1-800-706-2488.


Suspect believed to have robbed 10 Tampa Bay area banks

Pasco Sheriff's detectives are searching for the suspect pictured below for at least 10 bank robberies in the Tampa Bay area.  The latest to occur was on 8-19-04 at the 1st Kensington Bank, 8623 Regency Park, Port Richey.  The suspect is Marlon Jesse Blacher, 28 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing about 140-160 pounds.  He was last seen driving a 1990s model red Geo Prism. He has disguised himself in a number of the robberies, sometimes with a baseball cap, a "Gilligan-style" hat, or with dreadlocks.  HE SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS.

Involuntary sexual battery

Pasco sheriff's detectives are investigating an involuntary sexual battery incident that was reported in the Trinity area in the afternoon hours on Friday, January 30, 2004.  The female victim reported that she was raped by a Hispanic male after she allowed him in her home for a survey he said he was conducting.  He is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, 220 pounds, with dark, wavy, comb-backed hair, a large build, a dark shirt, hiking boots and blue cargo jeans.  Anyone with any information about the case is asked to call the PSO Tips line at 1-800-706-2488.

 

 

 


Hudson murder

Pasco County Sheriff's detectives are seeking information in the identification of three robbers who fatally shot a 35-year-old Hudson man on 12-14-01 during a home invasion.  John Decker was killed when three black males entered a home at 17349 Shirla Rae Drive in Spring Hill, apparently looking for cash and drugs.  They pistol-whipped a witness and shot Decker after he was unable to produce any cash.  Information indicates all three suspects were armed with handguns.  They fled in a silver-gray, late model SUV, possibly a Toyota 4 Runner, with a temporary paper tag in the back window.  Suspect #1 is the driver of the SUV and is described as about 20 to 35 years old, gold frame around front teeth, about 6'1" to 6'3" tall, weighing about 260 pounds, light complexion, walks with a limp and sometimes uses a cane, and has a Jamaica accent.  Suspect #2 is about 20 to 25 years old, with gold front teeth, about 6' tall, with a medium muscular build, and a dark complexion.  Suspect #3 (not pictured) is described as about 5'7" tall, with a thin build, and short hair.  Anyone with any information is asked to call the PSO Tips line at 1-800-706-2488.


Wanted for questioning
Pasco Sheriff's detectives are searching for Michael Peter Mitchell, date of birth 4-26-79, for questioning in the homicide of Jesse James Nacarlo, DOB 3-17-72, who was killed February 5, 2001 at the Park Richey Apartments in Port Richey. Mitchell's last known address is 7827 Riverdale Drive, New Port Richey. Anyone with any information as to his whereabouts or any other information about the homicide should call the PSO Tips line at 1-800-706-2488.
